Hmm, driving up Lakeshore tonite (on the right, past Peet's), I noticed a brand new Indian restaurant...didn't even catch the name. Love to hear any scoop if anyone's tried it. I'm sure to go soon so I will post when I do. Happy eating...namaste.

I've been to the one on College Ave. (@ Alcatraz), which is really good, but haven't tried Lakeshore.

Mon, August 20, 2007 - 11:05 AMI love the one on College....some of the best I have had and their dal is amazing. This family also owns the Indian restaurant in the Kerry house on Piedmont as well. I have never eaten there but my boyfriend has and didnt really like it. I am surprised at the lack of consistancy between the 3 restaurants. Where Flavors of India on Lakeshore is good, it was quite different from the one on College. I live in the neighborhood and will definiltey go back but I dont think its as good as College. -
