best hispanic place?

I went around Grand St, Alameda and I saw an opening of the Cuban restaurant.

    Well, I vote for the taco truck at the corner of 22nd and International in Oakland. Just across the Park St. bridge. They're open until about 1:30am most mornings, and they have all the more unusual and savory meats, like lengua and cabeza. And it's cheap and you get your food in about 3 minutes. And unlike most taco trucks, there are actual tables and chairs in a well-lit area.

    Oh yes, and their horchata kicks serious butt.

      Great Grilled Chicken and Tortillas like we got in Mexico.
      Carnitas is good. Generous portions of Shrimp in the Shrimp Coctail which is served warm with avacado adn saltines. Very Authentic.
