word! it sucked when i went about a year ago, and the service was beyond poor.
dude had no clue about any of the alcohol beverages (nor food) and would give his opinion on things: "I like the ... champagne".....
i could care less if the waiter likes a certain champagne, i'm asking for more objective criteria and information! what a lameass.
went for a special occasion and won't go back.
i actually emailed the restaurant at the time, i was so upset about the service.
they never responded.

yes bummer bout the hit with gunmen, but i go to a restaurant for good food and secondly good service, neither of which they offered at the time.
